HR Admin - German Speaker

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to fulfill Expleo’s hiring needs (sourcing, screening, coordinating and scheduling interviews to build a strong talent pipeline).
• ATS Management: Keeping track of all applicants via the ATS and ensuring applicants are informed about the application process.
• Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process and the induction program for new hires.
• Travel Management: Coordinating travel arrangements for employees and assisting with visa issuance.
• SAP System Management: Maintaining employee records and data within the SAP system.
• Event Coordination: Planning, organizing, and executing company events, such as team-building events, workshops, and employment fairs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is a MUST
• Bachelor's Degree – preferred in Human Resources Management, or similar field of study
• Experience with an ATS is a plus
• Experience in SAP is a major plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work individually.
• Deadline oriented.
