HR Admin (HR Operations & Documentation)

About the role:

We are looking for an HR Admin to support daily HR operations: records, leave, documentation and onboarding.

Job location:

• Brightstar HQ, Block D, Medan Connaught, Jalan 3/144A, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur
• Nearest station: Taman Connaught MRT (Kajang Line)
• Working days: Monday–Friday (9:30am–6:30pm or 10:00am–7:00pm), Saturday half day

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain employee files and HR records
• Manage leave and attendance records
• Prepare HR letters and documentation
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support HR executives in daily HR operations

Requirements:

• Diploma/SPM in Human Resource, Business Admin or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and discreet
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
