HR Administrative Intern

Company: Express Repair
Location: Makati City
Schedule: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on approved recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and contact qualified applicants.
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule candidates.
• Update recruitment and employee trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and employee file organization.
• Create approved employee accounts and system access.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and data entry.
• Help organize office workstations, equipment, and cables.
• Prepare daily updates and end-of-shift reports.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, Information Technology, or a related course.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of employee and applicant information.
• No previous experience required; training will be provided.

Pay: Php4,400.00 per month
