Position: HR Admin Intern

Pay: 2,000,000.00 – 2,500,000 (IDR) per month

Work Location: Onsite and Hybrid in Sunset Road area

Job Summary

The HR Admin Intern will support the HR team in monitoring daily staff attendance, and preparing attendance reports for Operations crew across Chontea outlets. This role helps ensure that attendance records are accurate, fair, and aligned with company policy. The Intern will also support basic HR documentation, recruitment, and onboarding administration when needed.

Job Description

• Monitor daily staff attendance through StaffAny and attendance reports.
• Identify attendance discrepancies such as late clock-in, early clock-out, missed clock-in/out, wrong location, or incomplete attendance records.
• Coordinate with Outlet Supervisors for clarification on attendance and operational concerns.
• Assist with recruitment process, onboarding administration, employee records, and HR documentation when required.
• Supporting on Employee Engagement that HR Team is doing such new staff announcement, staff birthday, etc

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Detail-oriented and able to check data carefully
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to follow deadlines
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Willing to work from the Bali Head Office
• Experience with StaffAny or attendance systems is an advantage but not required
