In particular you will:

• Support the administration of personnel, in particular drafting contracts and agreements.
• Handle administrative requests from employees.
• Support the management of processes related to the working life of all group employees.
• Monitor and update personnel data in the management system.
• Contribute to analysis and reporting activities to optimize internal HR processes.

What skills are we looking for?

• A degree in economics or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and communication abilities, with a proactive attitude and a natural inclination for teamwork.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.

• Total compensation: € 900 per month
