HR / Admin Intern – Intern Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the work of other HR interns.
• Assign daily HR and recruitment tasks to interns.
• Check their work, progress, and targets.
• Follow up with interns on assigned tasks.
• Guide interns in calling, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Help interns use job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment sources.
• Track candidate follow-ups, interviews, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate details, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with the HR Manager about team progress and issues.
• Help interns with their day-to-day problems.
• Assist with onboarding, joining, and basic HR activities.
• Support other HR and admin work as required.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and guide interns.
• Responsible and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
