HR/ Admin Manager

3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a staffing, BPO, agency or fast-paced operations environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law and compliance
• Experience in performance management and employee development
• Proficiency in HR software, spreadsheets and documentation management
• Ability to build and maintain a positive workplace culture
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
