Job Summary

PH Orro Home is looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin Officer to support daily HR and administrative operations, including office administration, petty cash handling, reporting, inventory monitoring, supplier coordination, and basic IT support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks.
• Handle office funds and petty cash.
• Prepare reports and expense documentation.
• Monitor office inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Provide basic IT and administrative support when needed.
• Maintain organized records and documents.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent educational background.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks.
