HR Admin (Shared Services)

Duration: 1 year, subjected to extension

Working Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday),08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Handle HR enquiries and transactions within service timelines.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Support end-to-end

onboarding, in-service administration and offboarding

, including contracts, medical checks, work passes, probation, renewals and resignations.

Support HRSS projects, SOP updates and process improvements.

HRIS / HR Systems Support

Generate monthly HR reports for Finance and Audit.

Provide HR systems support and coordinate service requests.

Handle HR queries from HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, C&B and HQ teams.

Act as liaison between

HR Shared Services and HRIS teams

Investigate system/data issues and ensure data accuracy across HR platforms.

Requirements

Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline.

HR administration, HR operations, shared services or customer service experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office;

SuccessFactors experience is advantageous

Detail-oriented with good communication and customer service skills.

Collaborative, adaptable and professional.
