HR-Admin Staff

GRM International, Inc. is looking for HR-Admin Staff!

GRM International, Inc. is a duly licensed freight forwarder and customs broker involved in the handling of both domestic and international air & sea shipments, and provides tariff consultancy, warehousing, trucking, and other allied services.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the process of attracting, screening, hiring and onboarding of new employees

• Assist with the planning, organising and co-ordinating efficient and effective recruitment options.

• Facilitate on-boarding process for new staff to include liaising with managers and other key stakeholders

• Keep and regularly update employee records and HR databases

• Prepare payroll data and encode on payroll system for Rank & File employees

• Maintain HR reports such as attendance, new hires, and turn over reports

• Assist in handling employee grievances and processing of DOLE requirements

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration in Human Resource or a related field

• Work experience as a HR or Admin work

• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of efficiency and accuracy.
