HR Admin Support

• Support the Manager and Team Lead in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, processes, programmes, and initiatives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and employees to provide responsive and value-added HR support and resolve HR-related matters.
• Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
• Ensure HR operations comply with company policies, employment legislation, SLAs, and KPIs while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems, support HR reporting and process improvements, and assist with other HR projects as required.

Requirements:

• Local Diploma in HR/Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
