The Job

• Workforce administration activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and audit requirements
• Manage operational reports, data validation, and reporting accuracy
• Support VMS (Vendor Management System) administration, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Provide administrative support for hiring initiatives and day-to-day operations

The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism
• Prior experience in administrative support, coordination, or HR-related work will be an advantage
