JOB SUMMARY
Provides administrative and inventory supervision, maintains fixed asset and inventory records, manages databases, and supports overall administrative and operational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• With 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, results-driven, and team-oriented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to the Admin Department, Facilities Management, and executives.
• Maintain administrative databases, records, and documents.
• Prepare and consolidate administrative, inventory, and fixed asset reports.
• Supervise inventory management and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Monitor fixed assets, including tagging, accountability, and discrepancies.
• Oversee stock rooms, office supplies, uniforms, and company equipment.
• Review and verify procurement and fixed asset requests from regional offices, DCs, and CCs.
• Coordinate asset requests and concerns with Procurement, Finance, and regional asset custodians.
• Monitor and report damaged, defective, or worn-out assets and inventory.
