Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Executive with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration.
• Maintain staff records, contracts, attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation accurately.
• Support teachers with administrative matters such as schedules, attendance, leave applications, and related requests.
• Assist with payroll preparation, staff claims, and other HR documentation when required.
• Coordinate internal administrative activities and ensure smooth day-to-day support for teachers and staff.
• Perform general office administration, data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as admin or teacher assistant.
• Comfortable to work in tuition hours, able to commit at least 1 day in weekend every week.
