HR Admin (Visa & Work Permit)

About the role

This role combines HR and general administration with visa, work permit, and immigration coordination for expatriate employees. You will support daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and manage the full lifecycle of visa and work permit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records
• Prepare HR-related documents and reports as assigned
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external service providers
• Support expatriate-related administrative matters and other HR projects as assigned
• Handle and coordinate Visa, Work Permit, and immigration processes for expatriate employees
• Prepare and submit documents for visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Coordinate with the Immigration Bureau, Department of Employment, BOI, and related government agencies
• Monitor visa and work permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewal
• Maintain and update expatriate visa and work permit records

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Admin, Visa & Work Permit, or a related field

• Fresh graduates with Korean language skills are welcome to apply

• Korean language skills will be an advantage

• Good command of English

• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented and able to manage documents and deadlines
