HR Admin (Yishun)

Location :Yishun

Pickup point :Yishun and major MRT line

5 Days week Monday - Friday ;8am -518pm

Yearly contract renewable

Administration:

• Administers plant wide day-to-day activities including new hires onboarding, and resignation offboarding.

• Maintains plant wide filing system to ensure records are promptly updated and kept.

• Provides services pertaining to certification letter and Singapre Perm Resident application.

• Handle in-coming and out-going mails, including courier services (local & overseas)

• Disseminating regular mailers ,collaterals etc

• Assist in administrative matters as and when required

HRIS (Attendance & Employee Central)

• Maintains HR database with accurate and timely information.

• Answer employee queries on attendance issues & troubleshoot attendance system issues

• To ensure system integrity by conducting regular audit

• To remove barriers such that efficiency is enhanced and productivity is increased

Work Pass Administration

• Work Pass Administration

• Work passes application and renewal

• 6 Monthly medical check up & follow up

• Foreign work address update

• Security Bond Purchase

Insurance Administration

• Coordinate with Insurer for issuance of Letter of Guarantee (LOG) for medical procedures and guide employees through claims submission and documentation.

• Update and verify monthly insurance coverage listings, ensuring inclusion of new hires and exclusion of resigned employees.

• Support employees’ feedback and direct relevant party for support to address employee concerns.

Requirement

Diploma/Degree  in Business / Human Resource

2 years related working experience in a manufacturing industry

Those without prior working experience are welcome
