HR Administration

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant administration and facility operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pantry, and other facility vendors
• Ensure plant infrastructure, utilities, and common areas are well maintained.
• Manage assets, stationery, and administrative inventory.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and AMC activities.
• Handle vendor management, purchase requests, and invoice coordination.
• Support workspace allocation and meeting room management.
• Coordinate travel, courier, and guest arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and administration standards.
• Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation. • Support employee engagement activities and corporate events.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 - 7 years of relevant experience in HR Administration, Facility Management, or Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in Facility & Infrastructure Management.
• Good communication, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from manufacturing/automobile/EV/engineering industries will be preferred.
