HR administrative technician

A multinational company in the industrial services and infrastructure management sector is looking for an HR Technician with experience in personnel administration and payroll to join its team.

Responsibilities:

• Personnel administration management and support throughout the entire payroll cycle.
• Preparation and filing of taxes (111, 190, 216, among others) and social security.
• Management of work-related incidents: IT, work accidents, seizures, etc.
• Use of official platforms such as Delt@, Certific@, Contrat@, Casia, Sistema RED and SILTRA.
• Contract management, termination processes, retirements and inspections/audits.
• Maintenance and updating of data in HRIS systems (Workday).

Requirements:

• Training in Labor Relations, Human Resources or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in personnel administration and/or payroll.
• English level B2 (professional fluency).
• French level B2+ (professional fluency).
• Good command of Excel (essential).
• Organized, proactive profile with high attention to detail.
