Job Location : AbuDhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the PRO, HR team, and site admins/supervisors for CICPA pass applications, renewals, status tracking, and related documentation.
• Maintain an updated tracker for CICPA passes, including application status, approval, expiry dates, and renewal requirements.
• Responsible for coordinating with site admins to collect the CICPA pass from workers upon expiry
• Maintain records and monitor expiry dates of employee passports, visas, Emirates IDs, and other site-related documents.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely renewal and compliance of employee documentation.
• Provide regular updates and reports on pending documents, renewals, and approvals.
• Coordinate with the HR team for overseas employee mobilization from India**,** ensuring timely collection of required documents, visa-related coordination, travel arrangements, and smooth deployment to the Abu Dhabi site.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or any related degree
• Should be Male candidates
• 2-3 years of experience in HR & Administration in UAE.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Should be able to join immediately in AUH office.
