HR Administrator

• Manage employee files, HR records, databases and documentation
• Prepare offer letters, employment letters and other HR documents
• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit formalities
• Maintain payroll-related data, leave and attendance records
• Coordinate medical insurance and employee-related requirements
• Support employee relations and day-to-day HR queries
• Maintain HR filing, documentation and compliance records
• Coordinate with employees, clients and external service providers
• Provide HR operational support across Companys consulting and outsourcing assignments

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in HR administration / HR operations, preferably within a company or a consulting business.
• Good understanding of HR documentation, employee records, and basic HR operations with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Dubai-based, immediately available candidates preferred on spouse or parent sponsorship.
• Female Filipino candidates preferred
