HR Administration Officer Your Main Responsibilities

• Request Job Offer acceptance of candidate from HR Manager to create the future employee's folder with all necessary hiring documents
• Registration of new hires, Weekly Schedules & Work Accidents
• Collect signed contracts, GDPR from seasonal employees & training attendance declarations from each student and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process
• Manage termination/resignation paperwork and procedures (dismissal certificates, exit lists, etc.) and proceed with submissions of dismissals
• Close cooperation with the payroll team regarding sickness leaves, annual leaves, and payroll issues
• Organize exit procedure in terms of the unemployment benefit process and send to OAED so that every seasonal employee can receive unemployment allowance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Tourism or Business Administration would be an advantage
• Fluency in English is essential
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office - especially MS Excel
• Knowledge of HRM system (Pylon, etc.) & Ergani would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Capable of working productively under pressure and with strict deadlines
• Prioritization and multitasking performance skills
• Team working skills
• Reliable and capable of handling sensitive information
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality
• Previous experience in a similar position would be much appreciated
