HR Administrator

About the role

• Provide day to day HR admin support across a portfolio of NZ and Australian locations
• Draft offers of employment, letters, general correspondence and Change of Employee Details forms
• Coordinate the onboarding system end to end, from recruitment through to induction
• Complete Oracle setups and admin, including maintaining billing rate tables
• Support annual salary reviews, employment agreement variations and resignation/transfer documentation

Skills and Experience

• Around 5 years' admin experience under your belt
• Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills, with intermediate Excel
• Exposure to ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is a bonus, not essential
• Quick learner who's comfortable picking up new systems in a busy environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with both HR and operational teams
