HR Administrator

This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to an all-rounder who enjoys juggling finance admin, recruitment systems, marketing, and office coordination in equal measure. You'll be right at the heart of the business, supporting a close-knit team of consultants. 

****The Role...****On the finance and systems side, you will be responsible for processing invoicing through Xero, along with filling and closing job roles on Job-Adder as positions are placed or withdrawn. You'll also manage debtors, reviewing outstanding payments and issuing overdue reminders where required.

Reporting and coordination form a core part of the role. This includes preparing daily Excel-based reports for consultants, maintaining several ongoing spreadsheets, and running the team's 8:30am morning meeting each day.

The role also has a strong marketing and content focus, with responsibility for designing Canva graphics for consultants and producing content Canva's for the company's LinkedIn page, as well as uploading and managing job advertisements across Seek and LinkedIn.

You'll provide general office and candidate support, including answering incoming phone calls, assisting with refanace and compliance checks. 

About You...

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing competing priorities across finance, marketing, and administration
• Experience with Xero and/or JobAdder highly regarded, though not essential
• Confident using Excel and Canva
• A clear, friendly communicator who is comfortable running a meeting and taking occasional calls
• Reliable, proactive, and a genuine team player
