The HR Administrator supports day-to-day human resources operations, including employee records, HR documentation, payroll coordination, reporting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration. The role ensures HR processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with payroll and attendance administration.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
• Coordinate employee documentation and records.
• Support recruitment and interview administration.
• Respond to routine employee HR enquiries.
• Assist with leave and benefits administration.
• Ensure HR information is accurate and confidential.
• Support general HR projects and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous HR administration experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
