HR Administrator

A committed and dedicated HR Administrator to work at the Mediklinik Rakyat Dr Naim Ahmad Headquarters (HQ)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in HR, administration, or a related role is an added advantage.
• Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets — this is a MUST.
• Familiar with Malaysian employment practices, including basic knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, leave, attendance, working hours and employee records.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB/MTD is an added advantage.
• Experience in handling employee records, attendance, leave applications, claims and HR documentation.
• Able to assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and onboarding.
• Malaysian citizen or otherwise legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
