* Maintain candidate records and databases.
* Coordinate visa, medical, travel, and other documentation.
* Communicate with candidates and clients.
* Handle salary discussions and offer letters.
* Follow up on recruitment processes and candidate deployment.
* Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
* Freshers can apply; overseas recruitment experience is an advantage.
* Good English communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of **MS Word, Excel & Google Sheets**.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
