HR Administrator

This role will handle employee administration process, payroll administration, and HRIS management (Placement in BSD, South Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee administration processes, including offboarding, final settlements, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.
• Support payroll operations by validating attendance, overtime, leave records, reimbursements, and payroll-related data accuracy.
• Administer employee administration including transportation, meals, bereavement, and wedding assistance.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support by preparing documents, handling employee requests, and managing HR documentation and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding employee services, business trips, guest arrangements, and HR-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• S1 in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Familiar with HRIS Talenta
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English
• EPC company background is a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to HR systems and diverse stakeholders
