HR Administrator

About the role

As an HR Administrator, you'll provide essential support across our workforce, helping ensure our employees have a positive and seamless experience throughout their employment journey. No two days are the same, and you'll gain valuable exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records and systems

• Assisting with workforce governance requirements

• Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation

• Assisting with training, learning and development administration

• Providing day-to-day support to employees and leaders on HR-related enquiries

• Supporting Workplace Health & Safety and Return to Work administration

• Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR processes

About you

• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Previous experience in an administrative, HR, recruitment or customer service role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office and CRM
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
