HR Administrator

SANY Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of construction and heavy equipment, delivering innovative machinery and solutions to customers across the globe. As part of our continued growth in Australia, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is initially a one-year fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist with the recruitment process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.
• Support benefits administration: enrollments, changes, and answering employee questions.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Organize and maintain HR files, databases, and HRIS systems.
• Provide general administrative support。

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly regarded.
