Human Resource Administrator (Junior)

Location: Midrand, Gauteng.

Salary: R8,000 per month (negotiable)

Employment type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

We're looking for a determined and eager HR Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, ready to gain valuable workplace experience and is willing to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support.
• Assist with project-related administration and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets and reports.
• Manage electronic filing and data capture.
• Support internal communication and general office tasks.
• Assist the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
• Schedule job interviews, review resumes and conduct initial screen calls.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Advantageous: HR qualification or relevant studies completed/in progress.
• Advantageous: Exposure to HR administration experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage high volumes of administration and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and general HR administration.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times
• Assist with basic IR administration and document management.

Pay: From R8 000,00 per month
