HR Administrator

We are looking for an HR professional with strong personnel administration skills and IT proficiency, particularly in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle HR administration, employee records, contracts, benefits, and entitlements.
• Respond to employee inquiries and prepare HR documents and certificates.
• Update employee information in the HR ERP system.
• Process timekeeping and payroll-related HR transactions.
• Generate reports and coordinate HR approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in HR management and personnel administration.
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of UN/IOM HR policies is an advantage.
• Experience in a multicultural or international organization is a plus.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
