HR ADMINISTRATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for foreign employees
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM compliance matters
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate medical examinations, safety training, and mandatory certifications
• Address employee inquiries, grievances, and basic disciplinary matters
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related reports
• Support dormitory coordination and leave matters including levy waiver applications & reports
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience in shipyard, construction, or operational environments is required
• Able to complete assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently without constant supervision
• Familiarity with MOM regulations and Singapore Employment Act
