HR Administrator / HR Admin Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and other employee records
• Assist employees with HR-related concerns and requests
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• With experience in HR administration is preferred
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Willing to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday

Work Setup:
📍 On-site | Full-time
📅 Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
📍 Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila
