Responsibilities include:

• Selection of new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture.
• Advising team leaders & managers in all areas, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration and team development.
• Reflect on relevant HR issues and how to communicate them within the organisation.
• Participate in or lead HR projects.

• A degree in psychology, human resource management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English (level C1).
