Location: Inner City Brisbane, parking nearby | Salary ranges: $100,000 - $110,000 + Super | Flexibility: 1-2 days WFH

We're recruiting for two HR Advisor opportunities with a great inner city employer (more details shared with shortlisted candidates!). If you're looking to grow your generalist HR career in a varied role, these could be exactly what you're after.

About the Roles
Role 1

• Providing generalist HR advice and support to managers and front line employees
• Managing low complexity employee relations casework, including bullying and harassment claims, with the ability to handle high volume
• Supporting HRIS project work, helping improve systems and processes
• Partnering with the business on policy, process, and best practice HR matters
• Building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Advisor or people partnering role
• Confidence handling ER casework
• Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions focused approach
• Someone who thrives in a varied, fast moving environment

• $100,000 - $107,000 + Super + 8% bonus

Role 2

• Supporting a professional cohort of employees in a more process driven environment
• Leading and supporting project work across compliance and HRIS implementation
• 24 month fixed-term contract

What We're Looking For

• Experienced HR Officer or HR Advisor level experience, ideally with exposure to compliance and process driven environments
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
• Confidence working with a professional cohort of employees
• A team player who enjoys a supported, down to earth environment
