About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business by:

• Advising managers on employee relations and performance management
• Supporting and resolving performance and conduct issues
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are compliant and consistently applied
• Delivering a range of generalist HR support to operational teams

About You
Whether you are an experienced HR professional or have had exposure working within a HR environment and are ready to take the next step, you’ll bring:

• Experience in a HR Advisor or Coordinator role, within a blue-collar or industrial setting
• Understanding of Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and relevant Awards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the confidence to influence and consult at all levels within the organisation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
