As we continue to grow, we're looking for a HR Advisor to join our WA Administration team on afull-time basis and help shape a culture that supports our people, our members and our franchisees to thrive. Located in Osborne Park, the office is accessible to public transport, is within walking distance of parks, cafes, and onsite parking is available.

About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on HR generalist role with the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle.

Working as part of our HR team, you will provide practical and trusted HR support across our Head Office and Pharmacy network, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employment documentation, policy, compliance and HR projects.

We’re looking for an HR all-rounder who enjoys variety, builds strong relationships and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to managers and stakeholders across a broad range of people matters
• Support employee relations and performance management matters
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employment changes and offboarding
• Prepare employment contracts, variations and other HR documentation
• Support HR policy, Award interpretation and employment compliance
• Contribute to HR projects, systems and continuous improvement initiatives, using technology to help streamline processes and support our people
• Support culture, engagement and learning and development activities
• Build strong relationships across the Pharmacy 777 Group

About You

You are a proactive HR generalist who enjoys variety and is confident working across a broad range of HR matters. You bring a practical approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships across the business.

You’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role
• Sound knowledge and understanding of current Employment Law, Fair Work obligations, Award interpretation and HR best practice
• Experience in managing employee relations and performance matters
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and discretion
• Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable
• Experience using Microsoft Suite, Excel and Word
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy or a similar service-based industry is desirable
