This role will provide day-to-day HR advice across workforce planning, recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, change initiatives, and process and systems improvement.
You will work closely with site-based and corporate-based leaders and the broader human resources team, providing practical advice, supporting cyclical HR activities, and contribute to a positive, engaged and high-performance workplace.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing generalist HR advice and support to leaders and employees
- Managing employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, investigations and case management

- Supporting talent, succession, engagement and career management initiatives
- Assisting with change initiatives, communication plans and continuous improvement activities
- Monitoring centralised employee queries and supporting timely service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments, policies and procedures
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or current HR studies
- Previous experience in a generalist HR advisory role

- Experience of supporting employee relations matters and investigations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using HR systems and data to support effective decision-making
