Here's what you'll get involved in
Reporting to an experienced P&C Manager and working alongside another P&C Advisor colleague, you'll get stuck into all things advisory. This will include a significant focus on coaching managers through a wide range of employment relations issues including complex cases, helping to build their people management skills and reach good business outcomes. As a team, you also cover coordination activities, such as onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, supporting line managers with recruitment and document drafting. You'll also get involved in a range of HR projects and initiatives. This is a permanent, full time role and based on site in Penrose 5 days per week. 

Skills and experience you'll bring
You love to roll up your sleeves and muck in! This is an up front and direct environment, so you'll need to be resilient and bring a positive attitude. You have HR advisory experience, and your ER experience includes coaching line managers through absenteeism issues. You're now keen to learn and further grow your ER skill set with more complex cases. Ideally, you've worked in an HR advisory capacity in a large, multi-site business in the past, so are used to working at pace and balancing the expectations of multiple stakeholders. Known for your high level of customer service, you bring a practical, solutions focused approach.
