HR Advisor

We're partnering with a well known organisation seeking an HR Advisor for an immediate one-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator ready to step into an advisory role and gain valuable employee relations experience.
In this role, you'll:

• Support managers with day-to-day HR queries
• Assist with performance improvement plans and low-level employee relations conversations
• Help ensure people matters are managed consistently and professionally

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in an HR Coordinator or junior HR role
• Is confident communicating with managers and employees at all levels
• Has strong administrative and documentation skills
• Can hit the ground running and work autonomously
• Is keen to develop their HR advisory capability

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on HR advisory experience in a supportive environment while adding valuable employee relations exposure to your CV.
