Duties

• Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Manage and update employee information within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar systems
• Support recruitment processes by maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Taleo or Workday and coordinating interview schedules
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees
• Generate reports and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve workforce planning strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage social media channels for employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative tasks using Salesforce or other CRM tools while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles with familiarity in HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences
• Experience with data entry, record keeping, and managing HR-related databases like ATS or PeopleSoft
• Knowledge of social media management tools for recruitment marketing purposes
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
• Previous experience working with HRIS platforms like Workday or Taleo is highly desirable

Pay: £30,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
