HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a growing infrastructure business?

Eptec Infrastructure is seeking an HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team, providing hands-on HR support across employee relations, engagement, recruitment, HR administration and workforce development.

Working closely with the HR Manager and operational teams, you’ll help create a positive workplace culture, support our people and ensure HR practices align with company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Assist with employee relations matters, grievances, investigations and performance management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and workforce planning.
• Interpret employment conditions, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, contracts and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training records, skills matrices and compliance requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews and HR projects.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, policy compliance and continuous improvement.
• Build strong working relationships with project teams, operational managers and employees across the business.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, approachable and confident working in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Ideally, you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ practical HR experience in a similar role.
• Experience supporting a medium to large, operationally focused business.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
• An understanding of employment conditions, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• The ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
