Part-Time HR Advisor — Care Home Group

Job title: HR People Partner/Advisor
Hours: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week
Location: WFH/Hybrid
Reports to: Managing Director
Salary: £TBC

About Us:

We are a warm, welcoming, small family-run Care Home Group home committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care for our residents. Our homes are located in the South Easts, across the Chichester to Worthing corridor.

We are looking for a People Partner/HR Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis;

Requirements:

· Previous experience working as a People Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.

· Good working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.

· Experience managing or advising on absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels.

· Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

· High level of confidentiality, discretion and professional judgement.

· Ability to work independently, reporting to the Directors.

· Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to home managers and senior managers.

· Assist with investigations, hearings and formal HR processes.

Desirable

· CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards one.

· Experience within health and social care.

· Knowledge of CQC expectations and safeguarding requirements.

· Experience supporting multiple sites or geographically dispersed teams.
