Highgrade Personnel Pty Ltd is partnering with an ASX-listed Western Australian gold producer to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to operational leaders and employees.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Supporting employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct and workplace issues.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and employment lifecycle activities.
• Preparing employment documentation, correspondence and HR documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Supporting HR reporting and workforce data requirements.
• Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and processes.
• Providing hands-on HR support across operational sites as required.
• Contributing to a positive, respectful and high-performing workplace culture.

About You

You will be an experienced HR professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leaders and employees.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
• Experience within the mining/resources sector is highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, the National Employment Standards and modern awards.
• Strong HR administration and employment documentation skills.
• Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment and performance management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office and workforce reporting tools.
• The ability and willingness to travel to operational sites on a regular basis.
