HR Advisor (Temp)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR Advisor to apply their skills supporting managers and employees, working on a temporary basis at Christmas Island. Your first week will be spent in head office (CBD) and then you'll spend 3 weeks on the island.

The Role: Reporting to the HR Lead, the HR Advisor will provide professional HR support, advice and guidance to mangers and employees.

Key responsibilities include:

• HR Advisory & Employee Relations
• Enterprise Agreement and Award Interpretation
• HR Operations & Administration
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Policy, Compliance & Best Practice
• Learning, Development & Engagement

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR practices
• Minimum 2 years' experience providing advice to managers and employees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Proficient with MS Office, HR systems and HRIS platforms (ELMO ideally)
• C Class Western Australian Driver's Licence
• Ability to complete and pass full medical/drug and alcohol screen
• National Police Clearance (within 6 months validity)
