HR Agitator Driver – Concrete

Allied Recruitment are currently seeking HR Agitator Drivers to join a busy concrete batching and delivery operation based in the Perth Hills / eastern metropolitan area.

Working across the Perth metro area, you’ll be responsible for the safe delivery and discharge of ready-mix concrete to predominantly residential construction sites.

Previous agitator experience is highly regarded; however, we are also interested in speaking with candidates who hold relevant concrete industry experience and a valid HR Licence, who are looking to move into agitator driving.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating HR concrete agitator trucks across the Perth metro area
• Delivering and dispensing concrete at customer worksites
• Positioning trucks for batching and loading
• Operating agitator controls and concrete discharge chutes
• Completing daily vehicle pre-start and Fit for Duty checks
• Completing washout, reclaiming and refuelling procedures
• Completing delivery dockets, run sheets and required documentation
• Reporting vehicle faults, hazards and maintenance requirements
• Maintaining high WHS, quality and site safety standards

What we're looking for:

• Current HR Driver’s Licence
• Current Construction White Card
• Valid Commercial Vehicle Driver Medical (CVDM) - Or willingness to obtain.
• Valid Fatigue Management certification - Or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening (DAS)
• Strong safety awareness and reliable work history
• Comfortable with physical work and active construction sites
• Availability for 6:00am starts, Monday to Friday work, 8-hour days plus overtime as required

Experience:

Previous concrete agitator driving experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Candidates with experience across precast concrete, concrete production, construction/site-based concrete work or similar environments, combined with HR licence and/or driving experience, are encouraged to apply.
