About the Role

We are looking for an HR AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI-enabled applications, workflow automation solutions and digital products that improve organisational productivity and employee experience.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for digitalisation, and leverage AI and automation tools to build practical solutions such as dashboards, employee portals, approval workflows and self-service platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology, problem-solving and innovation to transform business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.

• Design and develop internal systems, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools.

• Develop solutions such as:

  • Claims management systems
  • Employee onboarding workflows
  • Performance management systems
  • Approval and tracking platforms
  • Staff self-service portals
  • Management dashboards

• Develop HR AI agents to streamline administrative processes.

• Integrate systems and data through APIs and automated workflows.

• Create reports, analytics and dashboards to support business decision-making.

• Conduct system testing, user training and deployment.

• Maintain system documentation and provide post-implementation support.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify suitable business use cases.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in application development, automation or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and platforms.
• Experience with databases, APIs and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
