HR AM/Manager

1. To Develop & implement HR Strategies & Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands , grievances or other issues.

3. Manage the recruitment and selection process.

4. Support current & and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

5. Develop and monitor overall business strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance maintain pay plan and benefit program.

8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR.

10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

11. Conducting new employee orientation and employee relations counseling.

12. Overseeing Exit Interviews.

13. Maintaining department records and reports.

14. Participating in administrative staff meetings.

15. Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
