About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR AM/Manager to join our team in the Senoko North Region on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our Human Resources department, where you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and supporting the overall people strategy of the organisation. As HR AM/Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services across operations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and contributing to the development of our organisational culture and capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee development.
• Manage payroll, compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking, employee insurance, and statutory submissions.
• Lead performance management, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance to management and department heads on employee relations, policies, disciplinary matters, and workplace practices.
• Oversee HR systems, attendance management, foreign worker matters, workplace safety, and employee welfare.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, statutory requirements, and HR audit standards.
• Manage employee welfare initiatives, company events, and other HR projects to support business operations.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar HR function within a medium to large organisation
• Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in Singapore
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organisation
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to HR challenges
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Relevant HR qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Human Resources, or recognised HR professional certifications (CIPD, PHI) are advantageous
