- 优化并维护人事系统
- 进行人力资源成本年度预算、管控与分析，实现年度人力成本优化
任职要求：
1.3-5年零售行业人力资源相关经验 2.精通薪资计算、佣金体系及HR合规操作，能独立处理复杂薪酬个案
- 熟练使用至少一种主流人事系统，具备系统实施或优化经验加分
- 拥有扎实的成本分析与管控能力，能通过数据驱动人力成本决策
